“Breakfast Club” sponsors help provide
a morning meal for 25 pre-schoolers!
HondurasChildren welcomes and appreciates your project sponsorship. Our biggest need at the moment is for sponsors to help us expand the reach of the “Breakfast Club”. This project supplies breakfast, including milk and fresh fruit to the 25+ children who attend our Kinder in El Porvenir. We are seeking 12 more sponsors at $15. per month to maintain this daily breakfast for the children at the Sí Se Puede Kinder!

Project Sponsorship at HondurasChildren offers a unique opportunity to build an ongoing relationship with the children, directors and volunteers in our projects!
Your Project Sponsorship of

helps educate and equip children to build
a future free from poverty.
Sponsorship funds are pooled to help meet the needs of all children within a specific project. Some is directed to special needs such as medical emergencies or emergency housing issues and the rest goes toward daily operations.

Letters
& Photos
The children in our projects will be thrilled to receive letters and photos from you, as this lets them know in a personal way that someone cares. The children write to our sponsors from time to time. Some will want to try out their English but most will write in Spanish. Volunteers will include an English translation for you whenever possible and it’s ok to write back to the children in English. Our in-country volunteers will read these letters to the children.
The emotional support that the children receive from Project Sponsors and former volunteers is important to each child’s motivation and well-being. We encourage you to communicate regularly with the children in our programs.

You may also email letters to the children. Send them to sponsor@honduraschildren.org. New! – - If you have Skype, we are now able to arrange a personal ‘visit’ with a specific child or group. Please save this for special occasions like birthdays.
